A designated Parkinson's Disease Center of Excellence.

BPeck Speech and Swallowing
Licensed speech therapist with a passion for helping people with PD. Brittany provides Home-based speech and swallowing therapy for the Western Finger Lakes region, including Steuben County, Ontario County, and Yates County. Telehealth services also offered.

York Wellness Rehabilitation Institute @ Nazareth University
The York Wellness Rehabilitation Institute at Nazareth University offers pro bono services to individuals with PD who are underserved because of financial, insurance or geographic reasons. Nazareth students, supervised by licensed professionals, provide speech, occupational, physical and music therapy to clients with PD as part of its clinical education programs. Services are provided on a space-available basis to meet students' clinical requirements as determined by clinic managers.

Wellness 360

Whole-body exercise that will help your balance and fitness in community. Provides non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum incorporating techniques to improve cognition, vocalization, stamina, strength, and agility. Supports social connection through individual and team dynamics.

Wellness 360
In addition to physical therapy, Wellness 360 offers massage (including myofascial release, deep tissue, and medical massage), mindfulness classes, and group fitness classes.

Rochester Regional Health-- Lifestyle & Culinary Medicine
Lifestyle medicine uses evidenced-based techniques to prevent, treat and often reverse lifestyle-related chronic diseases. Specialists work with patients to adopt healthier habits such as healthy diet, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and positive social connections. Providers see patients in-office and via telemedicine.
